I previously had a problem with MTN's itemised billing, to which I did not have any response from MTN.
And now this (email sent on 02/02/2008):

The itemised billing on my contract is mandatory. So it seems only the charge is mandatory and not the actual itemised billing
.
I don't even need the itemised billing, but I can't have it removed from my contract because it is mandatory
.
Are there any MTN reps around here?

With regards to your itemised billing is the above supposed to be some sort of joke?
1. I did not receive any itemised billing with the current statement [with the increase notification] even though I was promptly charged for it.
2. In the previous months that I did receive my itemised billing, only one to date was a complete itemised billing.
I did complain [2 or 3 times] previously about point number 2 but didn't receive any response to date from MTN. Very high standard that???
