MTN Billing error again...

I know there has been quite a few threads in recent past about MTN's atrocious data billing, but has anyone on contract ever *not* been billed?

My dad migrated from PAYG to an Anytime 100 package about 2.5 months ago, but has not received a single statement. Even weirder is that MTNSP has not deducted a cent from his bank account yet - arranged for the debit order to be processed on the 1st of each month.

I have checked and my dad is definitely on contract, since he received an SMS from MTNSP saying the migration was successful, and *162* gives him a balance when requesting it.

Just don't want to risk him getting blacklisted, since he has an excellent credit rating at the moment.
 
Bank details might have been captured wrong on their side. When they figure it out they'll charge the full amount + interest + the mandatory unknown transactions due to the billing system being created in the stone age.

Interest, on their mistake? :mad: Anyway, I'd still like to know why he hasn't received an itemised bill in the mail yet - we asked them to confirm whether itemised billing is on the account when MTNSP gave my dad a call to ask him to confirm his details.
