I was told by the shop that they can't enable data sharing?! That from the 'regional manager'. Does any anyone have an email confirming that you can share the data?

There's a rumour doing the rounds:

R199
40 gig day
50 gig night time data
100 minutes off net
500 minuts on net
Sim only

Im currently doing mine for this package but the R199 deal ended last night and its now R299 with:
40 gig day
40 gig night
150 minutes any network
500 minutes network
100 SMS

Don't have an email but you can definitely share non promo data. It worked immediately.

Correct. I should also mention that the gentleman I spoke to said this is a limited offer. So I assume, similar to the R199 deal it may just "expire" and they will adjust the price upwards again

Do you perhaps have the code for that deal?

MTN Canal Walk Cape Town do still have the 60GB+60GB deal for R299 x 24 as an upgrade for the 2016 BF deal, but you have to ask for it specifically

Speak to Kim-Lee at the Canal Walk MTN near Clicks

I upgraded to the 60GB deal and bolted on minutes and sms.

Ah so we can add minutes. It’s so weird that certain shops do certain things while others have no issue doing it.

Should keep a list and punish those shops refusing to help.

If I upgrade to the BF special (100gb + 50gb) - would I keep my existing data? I have around 32gb left on the sim.

I haven't yet upgraded but lost my data. Still had around 10gb last night, this morning it was zero.. Also, all my mtn to mtn minutes are gone :(

Lol. My SO is at MTN. She wants the 450mins, 4gb deal for the BF2016 users. Was told by the consultant that MTN sims are blocked from being used in dual sim phones because she mentioned she'll get a device from Telkom
