Can one add more minutes as a bolt on to this or similar?

I was able to do it on my initial 2016 BF contract. However, I cannot verify whether or not the same applies to this current offer.

Unlimited MTN to MTN minutes, 3600 mtn to other minutes, 400 sms per day, 55 gb data (15gb standard + 40GB anytime) R499x36

Sadly dont have it. I was too excited to be getting the offer that I didnt bother asking too much details that I didnt need.

I got the R299 - 150GB Anytime Data, 50GB is shareable, 150GB Night Data 36 month with one month cancellation penalty. The promotional data is 100GB which also does not get carried over.

I called MTN Sales ( O83 123 3667) and upgraded to the R149x36, 15GB+500min deal (2020991 CT 00019 BF).

At the same time I tried to get another prepaid line onto the same deal but was unable to. (System said there was a "mismatch").

EDIT: I see you are on a contract already, you should give them a call and try with the deal codes.

They should be, call retentions and quote the code that you're interested in, dont mention to them that you are not a BF customer.

Nope, as far as I understand
The 2016 BF has been an amazing gift that just carried on giving and giving, it changed the way I use the internet, a cheap enormous data bundle that I can datashare so I can go bananas on my phone, tablet, laptop, desktop, at home, on the road, on holiday, in the middle of the bush. Man it's been epic

I just upgraded from the 60+60gb deal R299 to the 500 + 500gb @R499pm for 36 months product code 2020991 CT 00024 BF.
Had to hold for 30mins to get through to retentions and the upgrade process was a breeze.
How do you know if the upgrade has been approved or not, I'm assuming they do some credit vetting?

i got 2 emails sent for my R499 contracts

none for the R99 contract

and all you do is check on your app to see if the data balance is now closer to 250gb

400GB is shareable. It's the MTNChoice contract. Not a Home deal.

on saturday only did 1 go through

and on monday the other

so got the emails only when he completed it

Data share isn't working for me, I suspect something is configured incorrectly on these 500+500 contracts.

As far as I undertand 400gb is the base data and hence that is shareable, the 100GB is the promo data.

This is what retentions said, they also said its an MTN mychoice 100gb contract but its showing as mychoice 400gb so I don't know what's up.
