Is anyone experiencing slow download speeds on the 500gig package? I have the sim in a Huawei B315 and now my download speed has dropped to under 5mbps. My phone with an MTN sim also is getting 150mbps in the same place!

Mine was upgraded to the 500gb deal this afternoon and I just ran a Speedtest and I'm getting 65Mbps, which is normal.

+/-30Mbps down and +/-20Mbps up according to speedtest. As with airborne, these speeds are normal to me.

I only see massive speed drops during night data usage so I definitely think there is some throttling happening during that time or atleast for me.

Are you the only one connected to the router and nothing is downloading in the background?

Can you check on the app what it says with regards to your data bundles? I've been having issues with mine, I called in and customer service said that on my contract 1 bundle is set to renew (100gb +100gb) and the 400gb + 400gbbundles aren't renewable, they're going to expire in January and that's it.

She acknowledged this is an issue and that she'll escalate it but I think I'm not the only one with this issue.

The B315 can't do carrier aggregation, try and get a new router that supports that.

Yep as steven said, but I also recommending sticking to Huawei if you want to make finer adjustments. There are tools available to choose the specific band you want to connect to, this can help you avoid congested bands. B618 and B818 are top tier (cat 9, 4x4 mimo). B612, B525 and B535 are also good enough. If your phone was getting 150mbps I'm sure these routers would get close to this.
