Whoever recorded the call with the agent where they said X should have the conversation.
 
My old shared data depleted. Now data share no longer working.
Will have to call MTN today.

My data reset last night like usual but no sharing. It shared my old data last month but no luck with the new data.
Same here... got the 500gb allocation. But the new data is not sharing. Still old data on datashare. I guess I'll have to take another contract specifically for sharing
 
Anyone on the sky lite package, what bundles did you receive and what's your data allocation (any time and night)?
 
Even the new voice deals don't have data share. My data from previous contract is still shareable.
 
Finally got upgraded after 2 weeks of calling. Had to sit on the phone for over an hour everyday talking to the different consultants. Think I spoke to half the call center. Glad it’s sorted. 149 rand deal.

I have a Sky Lite package as well. Don't have the phone here, and my new allocation will only be around 27/28th..
However based on the prorata it did not look correct.
 
Has Anyone managed to sort out DataShare on the 500gb + 500gb deal. My plan is MtnChoice400 yet the guy I spoke to says its a 5G Unlimited data plan with a fair useage of 200GB with no carry over and no data share. This cannot be right. This is so irritating. If this is the case I will cancel my contract.

How would they be able to get round confirming that it had datashare when we signed up?

On my call I specifically asked about Datashare and the operator put me on hold whilst she confirmed it with her superior, all recorded.

I think when they put this package on the system they forgot to tick the datashare button, it just needs to be enabled.

I don’t know if anyone has received an actual contract after signing up and whether it’s mentioned there. I haven’t got one.

The contract i got emailed doesn't state anything about datashare but the package is called my mtnchoice 400. And all mtnchoice contracts qualify for datashare.

I also got mine emailed, which never happened the 2 previous upgrades.
