I won't be happy if I'm stuck on 300 + 300

I called the retentions department to change mine, apparently it was done automatically as its the same deal and looking at my data allocation I received more than 600gb

Got a call from Jacquis assistant. Apparently they have rectified the billing issue on their end. Im still seeing the high bill on the app. Anybody received feedback with regards to the high bill?
