Got the same email. My app started showing the correct bill at the start thingie, the bill that goes up every day. It's still wrong under outstanding and says R4970 by the November invoice.How long did it take them? From the time they acknowledged your issue to the time it reflected on the app?
The email I got now from a bloke named Billie-Jean said that it is a "general technicalissue and there will be a mass fix done. The excess amount should be removed from your profile by Monday"
I did phone them first thing last Thursday.
