Hi
I have just checked the Number you supplied. It is on a MyChoice 705 which is eligible to be loaded with BES High. I am not sure where the issue is. Who is your company dealing with at MTN?

Are you sure about the BES High??

Now they still don't have the service running and apparently they want to charge us to downgrade the service?!?

This is really going nowhere I believe, still need your help :(

Hi DD.

No need to worry. It has finally been sorted out :) They came back to us on Friday and we tested it out that afternoon and it appears to be up and running.

Unfortunately our Telkom line at home has been down all weekend :( so couldn't post this until now. Thats another problem alltogether as we all know lol.
