Whats up with the 083 number??
It doesn't seem to be working on our side. I tried 3 different machines and all give same result. Like an engaged tone.
Its the same result I had on the other 083 number

Sorry DD. You know how I.T is. Suddenly everyone has problems and Im running around like a lunatic. These users are really keeping me busy eish!!
Anyway I handed all the details over to the secretary who is back today. She was talking to a Lizette who apparently has sent the info over to business center. Thus far the GPRS is still not working.

This just in. The PA says Lizette just phoned her and they figured out the problem. The MyChoice705 was not loaded for the device. We should expect everything to be up and running by tomorrow.
Service still wasn't loaded today. They say they had trouble doing it and offered us some other ProCall package temporarily which we haven't accepted yet
The name is on the last PM I sent you. Sorry I just don't want to throw names around and point. The division deals with this person for all MTN matters.
