MTN Business Cape Town Data Centre problems

I am currently having problems to use Hetzner services. According to their helpdesk they have problems with connectivity from Telkom, MWEB and a few other ISPs.

I have tried Telkom (ADSL) and Vodacom - no success

It's very frustrating! And those 3 are (according to Hetzner) the only ISP's that are affected: MWEB, Telkom and Vodacom 3G.
