MTN Cellular Upgrade problem.

I have a huge problem with my upgrade. A Nokia Lumia 920 with wireless charging stand.
The problems started with first getting the incorrect sim cards. That was eventually sorted out.
The phone however is another story. Fantastic phone, but the phone was overheating terribly.
Took it back within 7days for the OBF on 15/05. Promised that the phone package will be at branch by Friday 17/05 latest.
Took from Thursday 16/05 until 23/05 just to get a replacement from Clearwater to Stoneridge.
But Clearwater only sent the phone, not the wireless charging stand package.I was told that i cannot get only the phone, as it gets serialised as a package.
Jonathan, the area manager has told the store that the earliest i can get the whole package is next week sometime.
Spoke to Senlop Nkiwane at MTN SP call centre at 14h30 on 23/05. Was told he would get back to me later. Got no phone call or update at all.
Phoned MTN SP this morning and spoke to Thami. Told him i would like some kind of update by 11am this morning. This has also not happened.

MTN SP, i am HIGHLY upset. This should have been sorted out a week ago, and still i am waiting. I expect my whole package delivered to my door TODAY still.

I am sure my lawyer will have a ball as this now becomes a matter with the CPA.
As it stands, this is going on FB, twitter and mybroadband as well.
The NCC is also getting my complaint. I am very sure i have recourse in terms of the CPA.

I have waited long enough. This problem needs a solution TODAY still.

Do you guys think MTN will actually reply to me now and get this solved?
I wonder?
