MTN will double up on its expansion plans this year in an effort to boost its post-paid market.

They should spend some of this R25B on upgrading their billing system .

Itemised billing is a joke - your current one can have transactions from up to 3 months ago that were not included in previous IBs.

The other issue is free minutes / air time kicks in on the 13th of the month while your debit order goes through at month end.

I won't sign another contract with them. There online systems for data are a joke and they over billed me (along with numerous other clients). Fix the billing and the online and maybe people will start taking them seriously again.

I'm buggering off as well end December when my contract runs its term. They still have the cheek to phone/SMS me with "amazing offers" with numerous "free phones".

Contract Transparancy, boys. Perhaps then I'll think of renewing.
