My colleagues and I ordered new phones via our MTN Corporate salesperson two weeks ago.
We were told we might have them by last friday (5/11). Today (12/11) there is still no sign of the new phones. But the worst is this: the whole week, Monday until today, our PA has tried to contact the relevant sales person at MTN Cana Walk, and also the contact at MTN JHB.
Voicemail all the time, ZERO response the whole week! I didn't think it's possible for a cell provider such as MTN to handle a large corporate such as ours in such a disgusting manner.
If the phones were no longer available, or the sales rep goes on holiday, there should be procedures to fulfil promises made. We should have been informed/contacted.... something. But we are in a void.
If there's an MTN rep out there willing to try to resolve our dilemma, please pm me today.
