It's also a problem for a multi billion Rand company to have a network help desk available after normal working hours, do you know how frustrating it is to have a network problem after 5 pm on a Friday and hear the message on their help line that they they will answer their phones again at 8 on Monday. Their standard answer is always that there is an engineer working on the problem, they don't know what or where or when it is. MTN won't have anything to say about it either, but will happily take our money regardless and without even an apology. I think we should go to w@r with Ru55ia so we can get Starlink sooner.
