Good day.
I have been trying to sort out a billing issue on 2 separate upgrades.
Been fighting for a week now.
Emailed customercare, compliants, etc.
All bloody useless.

Anyone willing and able give an email address for someone at MTN who actually cares about their job and helping its customers?
Getting really frustrated.

Please... Anyone...

Good luck, MTN support is pretty crap. I would recommend calling their corporate number and insist to speak to the Corporate Affairs department --- if that fails, head over to ICASA and log a complaint. Good luck...having been in a similar boat, I know the frustration.
