MTN fixed LTE

So preliminary experience with the Nokia Fastmile 5G. seems to have a poor antenna for LTE - worse signal quality compared to B525 or even my phone. Cannot seem to use band 41 - seems to stick to B3. Max on LTE is 50 down.

When it managed to pick up 5G band 78 3500mhz made 331 down and 27 Mbps up. Stats -87 RSRP and 17dB SNR. This is with direct LOS to tower 2km away.

With much worse signal stats in a different position -109 and 4dB made 236 down and 17 up. So if it will be unbanned on MTN and your Afrihost sim won't get blocked then its a good buy if you have good 5G signal. If only LTE then don't bother - you can get much better results from a much cheaper router.
