MTN Helpdesk dead

Called 083 1555...Automated voice asks to leave a number, but call is terminated before it is possible.

I can not connect to MTN’s data services…anybody else having problems?

I called that number and I also get a message asking for contact details.

I am able to connect using gprs, try calling 808 or 173

Is 083 1555 not supposed to be a 24 hour support service?
 
not really sure as I haven't actually used the number, I'm sure MTN DD will know,

MTNDD is out of office for the rest of the week (Family emergency)

Yes. 083 1555 is suppose to be a 24 hour service. PM me your contact details
and i'll get them to phone you through the day.
