Hi

Does anyone know where i can physically contact MTN insurace. Been waiting 2 months to try to find where they took my wife's phone after she cracked her screen.

Cant get a hold of anyone when dialing their number 0831236084. You wait 30 minutes and then the phone drops.

super frustrated at the moment.
 
Try this number: 0839000349, finally got through with this number today. Also, tell them you're going to the Insurance Ombudsman and then follow through. Works wonders.
 
Sounds like MTN insurance are awesome to deal with - my parents have been struggling with them for months now as well.

They are a pain, i actually even thought of driving to the physical location and throwing my toys. let me try that number first.

Tweet them and they'll respond asap. I lost my phone and I couldn't get ahold of them on any of their numbers so I ended up tweeting them and same day I got a new phone.
 
Contact their compliance officer it'll be on their website.
In terms of the law as a FSP they have to provide easy access to themselves as they are a FSP.
 
Twitter works but I eventually took them to the ombudsman for my issue.

well they reply on twitter and then just go super silent, would be cool if i just got hold of one person from MTN that could help. Busy getting ready to go the oubadsman. tired of this now
