Hey everyone, need advice here.
Okay so our domestic worker got herself a new phone by MTN. Within 2 weeks she started getting problems with the phone but decided to wait a month before taking the phone in to be fixed. It went in for 3 weeks, however soon after being “fixed” it acted up again. Basically the problem was that the phone would restart itself (I think it may be caused by low internal memory).
She then asked for a warrant of assessment. They asked her to take everything that came with the cellphone. They even forced her to give in her memory card (some valuable photos were on there). Her phone was then never sent in for warrant of assessment, only the battery was sent in and her SD card stolen (at the Brooklyn Mall branch). They never called or SMSed her to come pick up her phone (she has another phone for those wandering). Brooklyn then ganged up against her and refused to help her further.
They gave her this email to complain at: [email protected], however what would the best course of action be?
Regards
