MTN Last used date incorrect

Hi All
I hope someone can help.
My phone was stolen from my Locked gym locker (Planet Fitness Northmead Square) on Saturday morning.
I blacklisted my phone on the same day. The ITC report shows a last used date from the previous Sunday (10/11) although I used the phone (Data) on Saturday morning and made business calls all through the week up to Friday.
This is obviously causing nervous twitches within the insurance company.
How is it possible? Does anyone have an MTN IT person I can speak to.

You can also, if queried, get statements from the people you called stating that you called from your cell.
If they don't accept that they are a k@k insurer.

Install the MTN app on your current phone with the same sim/number that was in the stolen phone, open the app and go to airtime or data and click on "Used" and you can get your historical usage for up to the last 90 days emailed to you that will show the usage for each day.

Hi, just wanted to check whether you were able to get help from MTN and to possibly please assist me as I am experiencing the same discrepency of dates with MTN?
