MTN looking to end strike action

If the workers are back, why is service still so utterly shocking?

No matter what, MTN have and are losing customers at a rapid rate due to the strike.

That is, MTN is promising bonus payments of 4% in November and it is considering 8% salary increases each year for level 1 and 2 staff subject to board approval. MTN also said that it pays staff on weekends and public holidays according to the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
That is a sweet deal. Most of us aren't even getting an increase

Their services, or lack thereof is likely why Afrijoke are having issues with their network
