MTN loyalty points is scary!!!

So,
where did you fax and e-mail to give notice on your contract?
I phone them they put me on hold for longer than the City of Johannesburg. Even CoJ eventually answer their phones, but MTN doesn't

I am on a pay as you go. I bought R60 airtime with the points that I have accumulated. I dial 141 for balance and says that I have R60 airtime. Then I try to make a call and the response is .'Insufficient airtime, please load more airtime '

I believe the airtime is only MTN to MTN.
