MTN LTE: how good is it?

I would just like to point out to those who expect 100+ mbps from wireless networks that wireless will NEVER be able to replace fixed line. Dont expect to achieve similar speeds.

We always complain about MTN,Vodacom, Cell C etc and slow speeds, but what about your wireless N router at home? Do you feel cheated when it doesnt deliver 200- 300mbps?

Come on guys this has been going on ever since 3G started in SA, most people will never see 17mbps from an HSPA+ site. These technologies are aimed at mobility, not fixed services where constant downloads etc are expected.

Sorry its just my rant for the day, use it/dont use it :)

+1 :) Capacity will always be in fixed line. Wireless is there for mobility and ease, although it is close to satifying 90% of internet usage
