MTN network hit by connectivity issues

I had no data and sms the whole day. Eventually get home after a long ride on the Gautrain with delays.
At home my neotel was really slow. As in every request times out. My neotel speed is laughable at the best of times.

Finally have data this morning :)

Any chance MTN will go the Telstra route and give us all a day of free unlimited data to apologise?

Hey MTN

Maybe you should be regulated to ensure that consumers have a reliable service at all times.

In terms of the CPA aren't they bound to discount the monthlies of their contract customers? I mean customers paid for connectivity and they didn't get what they're being charged for.

Extraneous Retrieval Corruption Flag

This means that data got corrupted while trying to retrieve it from the L2 cache due to some sticky bits due to static electricity buildup. It can be cleared out quickly though.

If it is a dual-CPU server, leave it running, remove the CPU fan from any CPU, clean the gunk that have accumulated on top of the CPU and the bottom of the fan, then unplug the one CPU (don't worry, that's hot-swappable), wrap it in foil and walk briskly across a shaggy carpet to dissipate the static electricity. Once that is done, remove the CPU from the foil, plug it in and replace the CPU fan. Repeat the procedure with the other CPU.

This is the reason why MTN customers are experiencing such poor performance due to the servers being stuck.

Firstly, are you being serious? Secondly, where you get this info from? Thirdly, surely a well grounded DC would alleviate this problem? and lastly...is this gallo manor again ?
