MTN is billing me WAY more than my data contract amount. The contact was initiated over the phone, after a year they upped the amount. I was assued when I took it out it was a set price for two years.
I have called in to MTN MANY MANY TIMES to only be told they will look into it and get back to me. I was credited for one month however the next month it started all over!
Does anyone from MTN monitor these forums? I cannot handle the incompetance of the call centre anymore.
