MTN Rep on myBB?

Is there an MTN rep here?

Have an outstanding query on an invoice (query #12575174) and nobody responds at '[email protected]'

Being repeatedly charged R54 for "content charges". According to *141*5# I am not subscribed to anything...

Ideas? Or email an address for somebody there that can respond?
 
I'm around, but only in a very limited capacity I'm afraid. There is no rep on this forum.

There is no rep, and thats in line with the crap customer service you can expect from MTN.

@Voldemort, why not send a note to the CEO's office to get a rep re-instated on this forum? Have you seen the thread on what MTN could improve on, most of the guys indicate customer service needs a lot of work. A rep will help.

Such a rep would be totally overwhelmed by the amount of stuff MTN customers here need help with, and probably also be subject to a lot of abuse.

Only a pro-consumer company would go to the effort of multiple forum reps, and MTN is the opposite of pro-consumer.

I agree with you, but I believe that the purpose of the "what can MTN do better thread" was so that they could change. I see "Y'ello Crew" has responded, hopefully they read the thread and start to make the change. A start is better then nothing.
