I am personally rather sad to see Tim Lowry go. I think he was very good for the company and build a strong team around him. I dont know Karel Pienaar and hopes he will be a suitable replacement.

I doubt that it had anything to do with the MTN SMS comp... I see Cell C launched their own comp recently.

Service sucks

I don't think service levels will improve. Have been trying for months to get them to close my account. No such luck. Anybody know whom I can contact to get a response.
