Cell C is out of stock with the D105 routers (tried 3 malls around Gauteng) and the shop assistants have no idea when new stock will arrive.

I got the stick with the SIM. Now I need the wireless HSPA router to insert the sim into, so that I can connect via wifi (with IPad).

Does anyone know the specs on these? I use the B970 currently, will these new routers still support a POTS port?

Its still slower than 4mbps uncapped ADSL if you do big volumes of data. Just can't generate money fast enough to keep your downloads from starving.

All the cell co's must have a url,site or what ever means where you can complain about bad service. 1st April a new consumer law starts!

In order to run the office in the MTN Fastlink TV ad using the product advertised, on the price plan shown, you would have to have such severe brain-damage it would render you entirely incapable of managing a box of crayons, nevermind an office.

If anyone who worked for me bought this product I for a business I would fire them for gross incompetence and wilful misuse of company resources.

Even at MTN's cheapest rate you'll still pay R200 per Gig, and that's a fraction of the option they suggest in the ad. And of course you've also got that R2,000 per Gig out of bundle rate lurking in the shadows like a syphalitic rapist, waiting to pounce the first time you drop your guard.

In this market products like Fastlink are nothing but a tool for networks to steal from the ignorant.
