MTN specials

I think that there is a way around that. You can transfer the anytime airtime to another sim then do with it what you like.

Checked the terms and conditions. As with vodacom you may not transfer top up monthly minutes to another sim

Nowhere does it state that you may not buy bundles with top-up money
I do not want to enter a contract to find out later that I may not buy bundles with a top-up allocation

As far as I know you are nt able to transfer the anytime airtime at all.

yes, you can receive airtime on topup on MTN but not send any.

I got the R9.99/pm deal yesterday on Anytime 50 offpeak non-topup. It was quite a frustrating experience as the shop clerk had to phone 808 to get a reference number for my contract change. It took nearly 50 minutes to get through! Surely there must be another number or call centre that shop clerks can call to provide a more expedient service to customers?

Guess I will have to wait another month... there are no phones in this list that I want...

meh
