MTN Uncapped services from 1 June

Ag no man ffs. It's still more expensive per GB than the 2GB for R389. How how how how how how how? Do they think we are stupid or what?

Are you sure? You get 3GB which you can use up in 1 day of downloading... and then you can get about a gigabyte per day at full 128kbps download speed, so you should be able to pull around 33GB in a month.

So R778 for 4GB or R749 for 30ishGB? You decide! :p

What a bunch of bullsh*t. Do they really underestimate my intelligence!!??

I buy Vodacom prepaid at R389/2.3Gb x 2 = R778/4.6Gb at full speed.

Do they really think I will pay R749 for 3Gb when I can get 4.6Gb at R778 and the consolation prize is that I can thereafter be connected at 128kbps.

Ridiculous!!! Now I have seen it all.

128kbps is only twice the speed of the old 56k dial-up Internet connections. What a laugh.

Im with Supersunbird on this. Its not a bad deal for a truly mobile solution. i understand all the objections to the description of the service but, if you really have the desire you could pull 30GB/month. Speed is not everything and being able to connect while on the road and not worry about usage is good. I think its a step in the right direction. Id like to see it without a long contract though, its always good to try things first...

The idea is right ;)
The fees charged for it isn't. That is what I got from all 10 pages of this thread :o
