Mtn upgrade/new contract online

Hi,
Does anyone know what is required to upgrade / take out a new contract online and not in store?

Upgrade would be just your ID. New contract would be ID, proof of residence and proof of income (3 months banks statements and pay slip)

No, online application doesn't require payslip, they want 3 months bank statements
