MTN very unprofessional

I port my card from telecom to MTN since Tuesday until today my number they say it’s active on MTN but nothing on my side am losing business very disappointed with MTN getting useless stories just to port my number

I feel your pain. I've been struggling to get them to enable Dual Call for over a month now, each call gets a new reference number because they never fully understood the problem during the prior call. Rinse and repeat ad nauseam.

You know what makes me laugh.
The people who developed SS7 and the associated systems clearly stated that they designed it to make LNP (local number portability) easy.
Yet these greedy, money sucking theives make it as hard as possible to port your numnber.
Greed corrupts absolutely.
