How the hell does one login to their profile on the Mtn website?

There used to be a login option at the top right corner but I don't see it there anymore.

I'm not interested in using their app.

Do you have a contract, or are you on a casual month-to-month or similar basis?

I'm on the latter, discovered that they only allow this access for contract customers. So forced to use the app, which I still won't do, now I just go to their shop for sorting out the few issues.

What’s wrong with the MTN billing cause it changes everyday
h thank god im not the only one. Got a new contract on Friday, R700 for s24fe.Cool. Saturday the bill was R801. Sunday R850. Today R890 I called them and they said I must wait for the invoice because they cant see whats happening on their side. Asked them if i have any insurance,activation fees,subscriptions all negative so its probably a bug

I went to MTN store today they said I must ignore that

Usage perhaps? When it comes to pro rata you get a pro rata allocation too.
