I've got nothing listed for 3G phase 2 - We haven't recieved any budget approveal for 3G phase 3 as yet

Kindly note that ADSL have been delayed in Mtubatuba to 31 August 2007. Come on MTN how about making a plan in this area??? They are in need of some really broadband here in HSDPA.
