One thing they may want to consider is bringing back the Sci-Fi channel, Action-X is tolerable but it just doesn’t hit the mark for Sci-Fi fans like me.

+1000000000000 to that!

I think they saved a ton of money with that - no price reduction - and gave a few more cheap cr@p channels to boot.

Naa, the service might be good, but the price vs watchable content still sucks imho!

.

I've given up on Sci-Fi. Thought that the Anime channel might be promising, but after the first wave of repeats I stopped watching that too. It could have been brilliant, but they opted for mediocre, like the rest of the channels.

I think the addition of the 4 new BBC channels might be the only addition thus far to justify the 2008 price increase. Dunnow what the previous year's increases actually did tho...

How is customer service great? You have to call them, and then wait an hour on the line to get your STB up and running. The only way to avoid it is to go and stand in the queue, I'm not wasting an hour phone bill on them any more.

Along with the subtractions = not very many. My wife says the now deleted food channel was better than the lifestyle one that replaced it (probably cheaper).

(for example - her opinion, not mine :o)
