Good point, no mention of that. What the latest on their subscriber numbers for premium? Because they indicated their single IP restriction resulted in uptick in subscribers iirc.

They are not going to entice sports fans back at the prices they offer. They need a sports only package at a reduced rate to see the subscription numbers rise. And none of this watered down SS3 and 6 nonsense but not 1 and 4 type of BS.

Even an M-net type channel that shows the main events such as the Boks, F1 and the big EPL match of the day.

Short sighted idiots have the keys to the safe and they fumbling about in the dark trying to find the lock.
 
This sounds like bad financial management to me. Sure, the Rand did depreciate, but that is always a risk for a multinational. Nigeria is a high risk country to do business in. Nothing new here.

They don't get the model to cross subsidize on advertising. More eyes more revenue. Most people move to YouTube.
