If it does not support it you won't be able to see the broadcast.
More importantly from the broadcasters point of view if it doesnt support conditional access/encryption you wont land the broadcast right to anything appealing. The content providers are very strict on this.

That's exactly what I was looking for in this decoder and couldn't find it. Maybe there's a higher spec decoder that will allow you to watch 2 seperate channels in 2 seperate locations.
