So what if they switch DSTV off tomorrow?
It's not an essential service, like telecoms, it's purely entertainment.
If you dislike DSTV so much, just watch SABC and ETV and don't give them your hard earned cash.

There are still a tiny handful of programs on "SABC" that are worth watching -- so I only use the goggle box sparingly.

The only reason for getting DSTV imo is for the sport.

I can promise you that if DSTV had to provide a Supersport package independant of the full boquet, I would change in a heartbeat....

For everything else I watch there are always torrents.

No wonder Multichoice is so bad when you report the CEO Collins Khumalo has time to watch the tennis in his office. For what I pay for Multichoices terrible service it would have sounded better if he got off his @rse and sorted out the load of repeats and cr@p Multichoice deal out for R557 a month. Surprised he enjoys the tennis when there is only one channel, they show the lesser matches and the rest of the world gets HD.
Don't think he would keep a job as a tea boy at Sky BSB.
