Multiple SIMs on RAIN

Are RAIN sims not supposed to be used by a company's staff?

So I just got moaned at by a RAIN call center agent because I have 7 SIMs spread over 2 accounts and 2 ID numbers (another employee member) in my name.

Does RAIN not want money? Because if this is a problem i'll gladly change them for Afrihost SIMs where I can manage it all properly from 1 account. I'm not using the uncapped data anyway.

I just figured they would actually want the business but if not I guess i'll have to cancel them and move to another provider.

She said you are not supposed to do this you have too many SIMs to your name. You need to change account name to another person and the payment to another person.

Even the fact it only allow 4 SIMs per account is dumb already anyway.

I think there's a max one can RICA on their name.
 
Is there someone here that can please tell me how to add another sim to my Rain account please. I have the sim and want to use it in my phone. Rain's customer service is shocking to say the least
