Musgrave ADSL problems

No Issues

I can't really complain about my ADSL service in Musgrave, Durban. I've hardly had any downtime and my speeds are usually within an acceptable range. When I've had issues, Telkom ADSL support have been helpful.

There's no problem as I mentioned in the beginning of my post. The email I received said we should post our feedback even if we don't have any problems:

Quote from email "ADSL problems in SA – your help needed" from MyBroadband (14.082013):

"It’ll be great if you can give feedback on your ADSL connection, even if you do not experience any problems."

Nice to hear, isn't the Telkom shop across the way from you there?
 
It sure is... 2min walk to Musgrave Center from where I live... maybe that helps... there might be an exchange close to me...

While you sometimes have to wait a while to be served, they're always very friendly and helpful at the Telkom shop as well, so no issues there either... ;-)
