I am new to this forum and not sure if this is the correct place for my query but please bear with me.
I am paying for the
DSL Fastest Bundle
TI-AllAccessAdvanced 20Gb
The Exchange in our town fastest doenload speed is 4gb/s
I have been streaming music at 128kb/s since late last year.
Classic FM Netherlands
Classical 102
This has on the whole been quite successfull but lately I have been having buffering issues that seem to be worse as the day progresses.
Telkom tells me everything is fine on their side, they even had two technicians out to evaluate my problem to no avail.
Now the help centre just insists their side is perfect and leaves me with no answers.
What can I expect? Does one have to accept this as a given.
Any suggestions?
