Mustek BEE row

was looking at share prices this morning, noticed Mustek are way down off their high of 1K - also Telkom are testing the sub 130 mark
 
IMO, this is a ploy by Mustek to somehow get out of buying the shares back at fair value. I mean they won't accept audited docs from Deloitte?
