MWEB ADSL international problems

Mweb... can you not route your business clients through SAT3? Telkom is not having any problems accessing London Servers. Its one thing for home users to experience the problems but in cases like these, business clients that are paying 4 and a half times more should be entitled to rerouting especially if its down for so long and during business hours

It is clearly far more involved than reloading an OS on some box in London .

mweb has constant trouble and it'd be great if they could just be honest and explain what's going on... instead of just asking members for more info!
