MWEB ADSL is Down

My MWEB connection is down since yesterday 1200 am.This morning I spoke to MWEB technical support and they told me that they can't fix this problem before Monday.

In Mikrotik it is showing:
initializing
dialing
terminating... disconnected
disconnected
and then the process repeats itself.

I am living in Midrand, Is anyone else have the same problem?
 
They've been having problems in that area for a week now :/

That's why it might be a good idea to have a backup prepaid account
 
I USED to be with MWEB.... Move = Best Decision of your life! I would recommend moving to Afrihost and trying them out, With mweb I had continuous issues connection dropping, slow speeds, throttling, incorrect billing.

If MWEB needs 3 days to fix their problems and you are giving me advice to buy another prepaid internet for my backup then why I am paying R1000 to MWEB? It means I am wasting my money with MWEB. I never seen that bad service in my life. MWEB needs to hire technical people to manage company network
 
I spoke with Telkom customer services and they told me that telkom cable has been stolen from my area. Simply wow
 
Simply I am not happy with MWEB customer services. When I spoke to them at that time they must inform me about this issue. I have nothing to do with telkom because according to my package MWEB is responsible to manage my telkom line issues but personally I been to telkom office. MWEB don't have full information to satisfy their clients.
