MWEB tells me that iBurst has moved me to the 5GB package, while I'm on the 10GB one. This is crazy.
Can the iBurst / MWEB person look into this?

I think you should send a PM to the iBurst rep. to get the fastest response. They might not be monitoring the threads in this forum constantly.
Or phone iBurst directly, and ask them what's up.
