MWEB and iBurst mess up again

MWEB tells me that iBurst has moved me to the 5GB package, while I'm on the 10GB one. This is crazy.

Can the iBurst / MWEB person look into this?

I think you should send a PM to the iBurst rep. to get the fastest response. They might not be monitoring the threads in this forum constantly.

Or phone iBurst directly, and ask them what's up.

The problem if I speak to iBurst directly - what do I tell them - my MWeb email address? It's crazy. MWEB, the rep, is also assisting me.

PeterCH, have you been migrated yet? I still see my old account details on mweb's side.
