On the 31st of October subscribers to Mweb received an email (see attached) stating that from 1/11/22 they would increase speeds to 50/50 until the end of February 2023. As of today this has not happened and my line speed, as per contract, is still at 35/25. This is tantamount to false advertising as there has been no further emails stating they have a problem.

my speed bump from 35/25 to 50/50 only kicked in yesterday (5th Nov)
In a support ticket reply from MWEB, they indicated that clients are being upgraded in batches.
First port of call, restart your router/ONT if you haven't already done so.
Perhaps create a support ticket with them and see what they say?
