In your experience what time during the week does the shaping tend to taper off? I'm thinking on the vanilla and standard accounts.

on standard , i was getting full speed just after 5pm but not always .

through during the day , i cant even load websites , did not bother me , was never home , through rdp to home is fast , the uploading was never shaped

Mostly it starts to taper off anywhere from 5PM in the afternoons. However, some days I don't even realise I'm being shaped, because the shaping can be pretty lenient.
