Mweb Business Support Non Existent

I am very annoyed at Mweb Business at this stage.

Trying to get a domain transferred to another ISP. Mweb Business Support is not answerring their phones for 2 days now. Finally got through to a tech, advised me to send a mail requesting the transfer. Did that. No response from them and they wont let the domain go.

What am i to do? Any help would be appreciated.

If it is a co.za, whose email address is in line 2l. registrantemail?

If your address, you should be able to initiate a transfer at the new host, a transfer email will be sent to that address, once you accept it, transfer should happen.

They are useless, I moved all my domains off Mweb and back to Host4Africa.
