I think anyone that stays with Mweb no matter what, needs to seriously look at what they're getting for their money. So far I ahve found nothing better than Afrihost's capped and uncapped options. The capped offerings are totally unshaped - none of the video streaming issues I used to have whenI was with Mweb.

I (along with other people I know) had endless issues with Afrihost uncapped.
If you're looking for a capped product, then by all means go for Afrihost or something similar, but I, along with a lot of other people, are very happy with the uncapped product offered by Mweb.
Agreed .. everyone I know that was with Afrihost or WebAfrica has ended up with Mweb. Openweb seems it's luck of the draw - sometimes you get an account that works incredibly well, and sometimes they give you account after account that's just poo. And the less said about the IS uncapped accounts that people re-sell, the better.
Mweb does have wobblies now and then (past 2 days it was erratic in the evenings) - all providers do - but then today I pulled down a whole bunch of stuff from astraweb (Linux ISOs, obviously) at 4mbit fullspeed all day during working hours, so whatever they were doing, they fixed it!
+1I am with Derek on this. With a 1 Meg uncapped account now only R199 why subject yourself to an arbitrary capped limit to save a big Mac per month.
